Anil Asrani

Anil Asrani has a long and varied career in the business and healthcare industries. Anil currently serves as President and CEO of TearSolutions Inc., a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were Director, Global Strategy, Obesity and Metabolic Health at Medtronic from 2011-2020, Director, Business Development for Integrated Health Solutions, North America from 2011-2020, Senior Manager, Investor Relations from 2011-2020, and Global Product Manager, Catheter Based Therapies from 2011-2020. Anil was also Manager, Business Development at Devicix from 2009-2011, and Scientist at the University of Minnesota from 2001-2008. Additionally, they were Business and Product Development Consultant for Medtronic at the Carlson School of Management from 2008-2008, and Business Development Consultant at General Mills from 2008-2008. Finally, they were Market Development Consultant for 3M at the Carlson School of Management from 2008-2008.

Anil Asrani obtained their MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2009, majoring in Marketing with Medical Industry Specialization (MILI). Anil also earned a Bachelor of Science from William & Mary in 1995, majoring in Biology and minoring in Psychology.
