Cecilia Guzman Ossa

Cecilia Guzman Ossa is the Socia Fundadora of g-v, a prominent Chilean company formed in 2000, specializing in cultural management, corporate event production, marketing, and corporate social responsibility, with over two decades of experience. Cecilia serves on the board of Fundación Tantauco and the Municipal de Santiago - Ópera Nacional de Chile since 2018, and holds mentoring and collaborative roles at WoomUp and +Mujeres, respectively. Additionally, Cecilia was responsible for institutional relations during COP25 and directed AdCultura from 2003 to 2007, contributing significantly to the development of cultural management in Chile. Educational qualifications include an MBA from ESE Business School, a postgraduate degree in cultural management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and various leadership and communication programs from prestigious institutions.
