Esther Garrido Plaza

Esther Garrido Plaza is an experienced professional in the theatrical and technical fields, currently serving as Ayudante de Dirección Técnica at Teatro Real since February 2023 and as Founder of Escenario Zero since September 2022. Previously, Esther held various roles at Teatro Real from March 2016 to September 2021, including Designer and Stagehand. Esther also served as President of the FRÉ! Fondo de Recursos Escénicos from February 2016 to July 2020, where responsibilities included project management and material cataloging. Early career experiences include sales advising at COS and internships at CTE and Stage Entertainment. Esther's education includes a degree in Sustainable Design and Bioclimatic Architecture from Universitat de Barcelona, a Técnico superior in Stage Systems from Centro de Tecnología del Espectáculo, and studies at Warsaw University of Technology.
