Ben Balthaser

Ben Balthaser is an experienced educator and coach with a background in various roles within the education and community service sectors. Since August 2012, Ben has served as a Substitute Teacher and Middle School Football Coach at Teays Valley Local Schools and previously worked as an Educational Aide at Teays Valley High School. Ben's experience also includes training at Amazon and case management for veterans at Pickaway County Community Action, focusing on resource connections and documentation. Ben managed a fitness center at The Ohio State University, overseeing staff and operations, and has a farming background involving animal care and equipment maintenance. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University and is pursuing post-degree licensure in Education from Capital University.
