Iva Stefa is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in tech recruitment and team building, currently serving as the lead for engineering and product teams at Tebi. With a strong foundation established at Pleo as the first Senior Tech Talent Partner, Iva contributed to the significant expansion of the Engineering Competence Group and became a subject matter expert in hiring for Data, SRE/DevOps, and Security roles. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at INTRASOFT International, where Iva managed the full recruiting cycle and implemented effective sourcing strategies, as well as a Tech Recruiter at The Squirrel S.M.PC. Iva’s earlier career includes management positions at Gap and H&M. Iva holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business.
