Their most recent position is as the Senior Software Engineering Manager at Tebra, where they oversee two core platform development teams and collaborate with various departments. They directly manage multiple teams and mentor developers ranging from college grads to Staff-level engineers. Alex also partnered with Product on platform vision, roadmap planning, and project estimation. They have developed and implemented a Product & Engineering Mentorship program, recruited and interviewed talent, and contributed to building best-in-class teams.

Before joining Tebra, Alex worked at Kareo in various roles, including Senior Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineering Manager, and Lead Developer. They also held the position of Senior Technical Lead at YourCause and served as the Senior Software Engineer / Architect. Additionally, Alex's earlier experience includes working at Orange Leap as Lead Developer / Director of Development, where they led the development and implementation of Orange Leap on Demand. They also worked at Valtech as a Senior Consultant, leading and mentoring teams while designing and developing web-based GUIs for clients.
