Amanda Piwonka

Amanda Piwonka is currently the SVP of People at Tebra. Amanda has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategy and implementation.

Amanda started their career in Human Resources at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in April 2008. Amanda quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Head of Human Resources in just five years. In this role, they were responsible for the entire HR function for the company.

In 2013, Amanda left Newmark Grubb Knight Frank to join Cushman & Wakefield - then known as DTZ. As the SVP of Human Resources for the Americas, they oversaw the HR functions for 18,000 employees in the United States and Canada. In this role, they advised leadership on complex employee and business issues, and developed and implemented the Americas HR strategy.

In 2015, Amanda left Cushman & Wakefield to join Kareo as their SVP of People. Kareo is a cloud-based medical office platform designed specifically for small practices. Amanda has been with Kareo for over seven years, and in that time has helped grow the company significantly.

Under Amanda's leadership, Kareo has become the go-to platform for small practices looking to run their business smarter and provide better care. With their help, Kareo has helped thousands of practices across the country get paid faster, find new patients, and streamline their operations.

Amanda Piwonka has a BS in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
