Beatriz González

Beatriz González has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Beatriz currently holds the role of Engineering Manager at Tebra, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Development Manager at Kareo from June 2019 to January 2023. Before Kareo, Beatriz served as a Scrum Master at GBS Data Corporation from July 2018 to June 2019.

Beatriz has a significant tenure at Janeiro Digital, where they held different roles. From October 2014 to November 2017, they worked as a Team Lead & Web Developer, leading web development teams for five different American client projects. Additionally, they worked as a Web Developer from April 2013 to October 2014, focusing on backend development for multi-million dollar projects.

Prior to Janeiro Digital, Beatriz worked as a Ruby on Rails Developer at New Futuro from April 2012 to May 2013, contributing to the development of the New Futuro Site, which was recognized with the People's Choice Award at the 2012 Chicago Innovation Awards.

Furthermore, Beatriz gained valuable experience as a Java Software Developer at the Intelligent Data Analysis Research Lab at Czech Technical University from September 2011 to February 2012. In this role, they implemented methods for analyzing DNA-binding protein structures and incorporated them into the ProDIGY application.

Beatriz's career started with an internship as a Computer Technician at Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad from October 2007 to February 2008.

Beatriz González has a strong educational background in computer science. Beatriz earned a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2008 to 2011. Beatriz furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology Administration from the same institution between 2013 and 2015. Alongside their academic qualifications, Beatriz González obtained additional certifications related to Scrum methodology. Beatriz became an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in June 2019, and they also hold a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the same institution.
