Victor Dober (Tory)

Victor (Tory) Dober has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Victor (Tory) is currently employed at Tebra as an RPA Account Manager since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kareo for seven years, starting as a Customer Success Coach in January 2015 and gradually progressing to become an Account Manager. Victor (Tory) also briefly held the position of Senior Billing Company Success Coach at Kareo.

Victor (Tory) received recognition as the Corporate employee of the year in 1999 for their ability to build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and effectively communicating product features. During this role, they collaborated with outside vendors and the company sales force to maintain customer satisfaction while ensuring company profitability.

Victor (Tory) Dober pursued their undergraduate education from 1994 to 1997 at California State University, Bakersfield. During this period, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
