Currently serving as the Director of Technology, Innovation & Thought Leadership at TEC Canada, Jane previously held several leadership roles at Kudos®, including Director of Strategy & Engagement and Director of Product & Programs, where Jane successfully managed product roadmaps and cultural programming. With prior experience as Engagement Manager at Dijitle and Creator of Change at Tionchar, Jane has a strong background in change management and client engagement. Notable tenure at SMART Technologies as Global Change Manager involved integrating change management principles into major projects. Jane began their career at Texada Software as a Customer/Sales Coordinator. Education includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and a Product Leadership credential from BrainStation.
