Jerry Huang

Jerry Huang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and workforce development. Currently serving as Project Director and Grants Administrator at TEC Services Consulting, Jerry manages a team providing comprehensive grant management for the State of Illinois. Previous roles include One-Stop Operator at workNet Batavia, Director of Career Services at Trilogy Education, and Senior Program Director for UChicago Careers in Entrepreneurship. Jerry's career also encompasses leadership positions at Giftback, Wirth Business Credit, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, and Fortune Venture Investment Group, as well as consulting experience at Ernst & Young. Jerry holds an MBA from Northwestern University, a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
