Valerie Nad

Valerie Nad has diverse work experience in talent management and human resources. From 2020 onwards, they served as the Head of Global Talent Management at Tecan. Prior to that, they worked at Swiss Re from 2013 to 2019, holding various roles such as Global Talent Partner, Regional HR Business Partner, and Global HR Business Partner. Before joining Swiss Re, Valerie worked at Egon Zehnder from 2006 to 2013, specializing in financial services and serving as a Research Associate and Project Manager.

Valerie Nad holds an Executive MBA HSG degree in General Management from the University of St.Gallen, obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology) from the University of Zurich from 1999 to 2005. Valerie also has a Swiss High School Diploma (Matura) from High School Bülrain in 1997 and an American High School Diploma from High School Mt Zion in 1994. In terms of certifications, they obtained an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in 2020, a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2018, and a Prosci Change Management Certificate from Prosci in 2015.
