Marisol Suárez Portugal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marisol is currently the CEO Latam at Cintana Education and a Member of the Board of Directors at Banco Santander Perú. In the past, they have served as a Board Member at Tecnica Avícola S.A. and Great Place to Work® Perú. Marisol has also held leadership positions at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, CIBERTEC, ANDA Perú - Asociación Nacional de Anunciantes, Strategic Commercial & Start-ups, Yanbal International, and Microsoft. Their roles have included President & CEO, President, General Manager, Marketing Director, and Corporate Marketing and Communications Director.

Marisol Suárez Portugal is currently a doctoral student in Business Administration at ESEADE, starting in 2018. Prior to this, they completed a Master's degree in Management and Leadership at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2013 and another Master's degree in Management and Leadership at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, also in 2013. Marisol's educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru, which they obtained between 1985 and 1992.
