David Wilkie

David Wilkie has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. David worked as Head of Talent Acquisition at Tech Alchemy Ltd from 2023, and before that as Global Talent Acquisition Lead at BlockFi from 2021-2022. Prior to that, they held manager and team manager positions at Hays from 2017-2021, and as Senior Recruiter at SRG from 2014-2016. David also served as Recruitment Lead at Robin Recruitment from 2012-2014, where they helped scale up hiring and training for new recruiters while delivering on major accounts.

David Wilkie completed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor's degree, from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, they studied Business Management at the University of Brighton from 2011 to 2012. In 2009 to 2010, they attended St Benedict's School.
