Lauren Alford

Lauren Alford has been working in the professional world since 2015. Lauren began their career as an Advertising Account Executive at the University of South Florida, followed by a Street Team Member role at the Tampa Bay Rays in 2016. In the same year, they also worked as an Event Operations Intern at the Tampa Bay Lightning. In 2017, they took on the role of Event Coordinator at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, as well as Partnership Activation Coordinator, Partnership Activation Resident, and Arena Operations Assistant at the Tampa Bay Lightning. In 2014, they worked as a Performer at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Project Manager at Tech Holding and Manager, Premium Service at Legends.

Lauren Alford completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in 2016. Lauren then obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Sport Business from the University of South Florida in 2018. In 2019, they obtained a Master of Science - MS in Sport and Entertainment Management also from the University of South Florida. Additionally, Alford obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2021.
