Satyam Panchal has over six years of professional experience in the IT field. Satyam began their career in 2016 as a Technical Support Executive at Dev Information Technology Limited. In 2018, they joined Motadata as a Network Support Engineer, where they were promoted to Team Lead and Sr. Implementation Engineer. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Tech Holding since 2022.

Satyam Panchal has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from J. G. College of Computer Application, obtained in 2015. Satyam then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Science Information Technology - infrastructure management services (MSCIT-IMS) from Gujarat University in 2017. In 2020, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
