Joseph Grosso began their work experience in 2001 as an Assistant Store Manager and Non-Perishable Manager at Norkus Enterprises, Inc. Joseph held this position until 2011. In 2003, they worked as an Assistant Loan Officer, Temp at JPMorgan Chase, where they developed MS Excel workbooks and created MS Access database tables and reports. From 2011 to 2012, Joseph worked as an Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Manager at Stop & Shop, where they focused on maximizing sales and meeting projection goals. In 2012, they briefly worked as an IT Coordinator at Hotels Unlimited, Inc. before transitioning to a Tier 2 Desktop Technician role at Hess Corporation, where they provided user support and troubleshooting for office and remote users. Joseph joined Tech-Keys in 2013 as a Support Technician, Tier 2, and later was promoted to Systems Engineer, Tier 3. Currently, they serve as the Technical Support Team Lead at Tech-Keys.

From 2012 to 2014, they attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Information Systems.

Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they studied at New Jersey City University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, and Marketing.

Joseph'ssecondary education took place at Freehold Township High School from 2001 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Joseph also pursued some certifications. In July 2019, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification from Microsoft. Joseph also completed the Network Security Basic Administration (NS103B) certification from SonicWALL Solutions in February 2018.
