Shane Oehling has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Shane started their career in 2002 as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Orange County Public Schools, where they provided onsite desktop support and managed the LAN infrastructure. From 2007 to 2008, they also served as a Teacher for Digital Video Production, teaching students various aspects of video production and managing computer labs and studios.

In 2008, Shane joined Tek Systems as a Computer Network Technician, where they worked as a consultant for Orange County Government, focusing on project management and technical writing for audio-video and network equipment procurement. Shane also deployed and administered video conferencing systems.

From 2011 to 2014, Shane worked at Sony Electronics as a Computer Repair Technician and Premium Service Expert, specializing in repairing and providing technical support for SONY VAIO products. Shane'sresponsibilities included computer repairs, hardware replacements, data backup and restore, and software installations.

In 2014, Shane joined TruTechnology as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical assistance to customers. Shane then moved on to Datum Technologies LLC in 2015, serving as an IT Lead - Service Operations and Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they managed service operations and provided technical support to customers.

From 2019 to 2021, Shane worked at AVIT as an Information Technology Support Engineer, providing support and assistance for IT-related issues.

Currently, Shane is employed at Tech-Keys as a Client Coordinator, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and coordination of operational and strategic activities internally to enhance customer experience.

Shane Oehling has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems, which they obtained from the University of Central Florida between 1999 and 2002. Shane later pursued further education in the field of Computer Engineering, earning an Engineer's Degree from Seminole State College of Florida from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Shane completed a Cloud Based Learning Management System course at Skillport® in 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they engaged in continuing education in Computer Engineering through the online platform www.pluralsight.com. In 2019, Shane obtained certification as an Engineer/Technician in CRM IT Service Desk from ConnectWise University.
