Raymond Reid

Raymond Reid has over 28 years of work experience in various quality management roles. Raymond started their career in 1992 as a Quality Engineer at Northrop Grumman before moving on to Boeing, where they served as a Quality Engineer, Quality/Liaison Engineering Manager, and Procurement Quality Manager. In 2004, they joined Honeywell Aerospace as a Field Quality Engineer and later became a Supplier Development Project Manager. From 2010 to 2015, Raymond worked at Baxter Healthcare, where they held positions including Supplier Quality Engineer, Manager II of Quality, and Manager of Supplier Quality. At Sorin Group, they worked as a Commercial Quality Manager, managing complaint investigation and resolution and leading the Field Action process. Most recently, they joined Tech Knowledge Associates LLC in 2020 as a Director of Quality, responsible for developing and implementing a quality management system compliant to ISO-9001 and managing all quality operations for the company.

Raymond Reid earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 1981 to 1994. Raymond later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, attending from 2002 to 2004.
