Ajay Mudliar

Ajay Mudliar is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Tech Mahindra's Centre of Excellence. Previously, Ajay held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing at Calsoft, and served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Fulcrum Digital Inc. Additionally, Ajay was the Sr. Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Advantage One Human Resourcing Pvt Ltd (Axius Technologies Inc.) and the AVP of Talent Acquisition, leading HR efforts in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune at Accenture. Ajay holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University and also has education from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong.
