Karthik Rao

Karthik Rao is a seasoned professional in the field of information security and governance, currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Governance Risk and Compliance at Tech Mahindra since January 2025. Prior to this, Karthik held the position of Information Security Officer at TPConnects Technologies, where responsibilities included identifying and managing information security risks. Karthik's experience also encompasses roles as an Information Security Specialist at Albatha Group, where project requirements for security architecture were defined, and as a Cyber Security Consultant at Prevent 360, focusing on monitoring security incidents and managing Microsoft Office-365 environments. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Security Engineer at First Abu Dhabi Bank, where Karthik configured identity and access management systems. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.
