Rajesh Advani

Rajesh Advani is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Vice President of Silicon Engineering at Tech Mahindra since June 2024. Prior to this role, Rajesh held positions including Associate Vice President for the US Semiconductor Business at Insemi Technology Services Pvt. Ltd., and Group Technical Manager at HCL Technologies, where management of a team of around 20 VLSI engineers was key. Rajesh has extensive experience in sales and program management across multiple semiconductor firms, such as Klenzaids, INVECAS, and Advanced Micro Devices. Rajesh has demonstrated expertise in physical design, engineering team leadership, and client relations throughout a career that spans over two decades, complemented by a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University.
