Susant Patnaik

Susant Patnaik has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, highlighted by a role as Principal System Architect at Tech Mahindra from August 2011 to October 2018, where responsibilities included requirement gathering, high-level design documentation, team management, and code reviews. Additionally, Susant served as a Solutions Architect focusing on Telecom Billing and as a Competency Manager for Singleview delivery in the ASEAN region, with involvement in pre-sales activities. Following Tech Mahindra, Susant worked as a Senior Architect at CSG from October 2018 to March 2024 and previously held the position of Technical Lead at Fujitsu Consulting from October 2009 to October 2011, leading a team in requirement analysis and design documentation. Early experience includes a role as a Senior Development Consultant at Intec, where responsibilities involved module development and release management. Susant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Utkal University, completed in January 2002.
