Sushmaa S.

Sushmaa S. is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in global HR management, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Canada at Tech Mahindra since March 2011. Sushmaa has held various key roles at Tech Mahindra, including HR Group Manager for the UK, Europe, and Sales EMEA, as well as positions focused on compensation and benefits design for the Americas and change management. Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, Sushmaa served as a Human Resources Manager at Blitz Events and began a career as a Software Engineer at Infosys, working with Toshiba in Japan. Sushmaa holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology.
