Vaishali Phatak

Vaishali Phatak has a diverse professional background in learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and technical training. Currently serving as Global Head (VP) of Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion at Tech Mahindra, Vaishali Phatak previously held the position of Function Head for Technical Learning Services within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Training Manager at the Mahindra Institute of Software Engineering and Management and serving as Senior Faculty at Symbiosis Institute of Digital & Telecom Management in Pune. Vaishali Phatak's early career included a role as an Engineer in Production at Philips India. Educational credentials include degrees from Savitribai Phule Pune University and MIT College of Engineering, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
