Vidya Prabhu

Vidya Prabhu currently serves as Function Head - Global HR Compliance at Tech Mahindra, a role commenced in January 2024. Prior to this position, Vidya was the Vice President, Global Head Employee Benefits and HR Compliance at ITC Infotech from December 2022 to January 2024, and held various prominent HR compliance positions at Infosys from November 2009 to December 2022, including Senior Principal - HR Compliance. Earlier experience includes roles at Tech Mahindra, such as Assistant Manager - International Compensation & Benefit, and HR Business Partner. Vidya has a solid educational background, including certifications from Stanford University and Cornell University, as well as an MBA from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
