Mubashir Hanif is the Founder and CEO of TechMatter, a global health tech company based in California. With over a decade of experience in sales and strategic leadership, he has grown TechMatter into a leading provider of healthcare solutions, serving clients worldwide with a team of 600+ professionals.

TechMatter delivers end-to-end healthcare services including RCM, medical billing, telehealth support, credentialing, prior authorization, and digital transformation. The company also develops in-house health tech software such as EHR systems, practice management tools, and mobile apps to help providers improve efficiency and patient care.

Under Mubashir’s leadership, TechMatter expanded its footprint with the acquisition of DoctorPapers, strengthening its role in the healthcare RCM ecosystem. An ACCA-qualified accountant, Mubashir combines analytical expertise with a people-first leadership style, driven by his belief in “give to get.” His focus remains on scaling sustainably, embracing AI-driven innovation, and advancing human-centered healthcare.
