Pavel Nikonorov

Pavel Nikonorov serves as the CTO and Co-Founder of GENXT since January 2019 and is a member of Microsoft's Founders Hub as well as a fellow at Tech Nation. With a strong background in startups and entrepreneurship, Pavel has explored innovative concepts such as trustless decentralized information systems and blockchain technology. Previous roles include being an alumni of the BioCity Life Science Accelerator, a researcher at a stealth startup, and an enterprise systems architect at a 4PL logistics provider, where a significant revenue increase was achieved under Pavel's leadership. Additional experience encompasses head of IT at a 3PL logistics provider, associate research engineer, and software engineer, showcasing a diverse skill set in technology and business management that is supported by a solid educational foundation in engineering and management.
