Mone't Bennett began their work experience in 2012 as a Barista at Panera Bread. Mone't then worked as a Customer Service Clerk at Star Market in 2013. In 2014, they took on the role of Help Desk Analyst at Citizen Schools. Currently, Mone't is working as a Technical Support Analyst at Tech Networks of Boston since 2015.

Mone't Bennett attended Cambridge College from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Odyssey High School, a part of the Boston Public Schools system, from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their high school diploma. Additionally, in July 2012, Mone't received a CPR certification from the American Red Cross.
