Nirosha Selva

Nirosha Selva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nirosha started their career in 2009 as a Trainee Call Centre Executive at Softlogic Communications (Pvt) Ltd. After that, they worked at Colonial Motors PLC as a Workshop Assistant from June 2011 to February 2012. In February 2012, they joined Tech One Global Ltd as a Sales Coordinator and held this role until November 2016. Following that, they became an Executive in Sales Operations at Tech One Global from December 2016 to December 2018. In January 2019, Nirosha was promoted to an Executive in the People & Culture department at Tech One Global, a role they held until March 2022. In April 2022, they were promoted to the Senior Executive position within the People & Culture department at the same company.

Nirosha Selva's education history shows a progression of qualifications and certifications acquired over the years. In 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Diploma in Computerized Accounting Packages at IDM Affiliated Campus. In 2010, they obtained a Diploma in Marketing from London Business School. Moving forward, in 2014 to 2015, Nirosha studied Business Management and earned an Association of Business Executives (ABE) - Level 4 Diploma from London Business School. Later, in 2019 to 2021, they attended the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and achieved a Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management.

In addition to their formal education, Nirosha Selva has also obtained various certifications. In 2012, they gained the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Volume Licensing Specialist certification for Small and Medium Organizations. In 2013, they acquired two more certifications: Microsoft Office Specialist: Microsoft Office 2010 (MOS) and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Volume Licensing Specialist for Large Organizations.
