Daniela Ditta

Daniela Ditta has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Daniela is currently working as the General Manager at Tech Open Air, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Events at the same company from January 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining Tech Open Air, Daniela worked as a Freelance Event Manager from July 2016 to January 2020. Daniela took a break from work to travel from June 2015 to June 2016.

Prior to their freelance role, Daniela worked at AUDI AG as a Project Manager in People Development and Retail from March 2012 to May 2015. Daniela also gained experience in recruitment and administration as a Recruiter & Assistant to the Executive Director at House of HR from March 2011 to March 2012.

Daniela started their professional journey as a Project Consultant from March 2010 to February 2011. Daniela then worked as a People Development Retail (Working student) at AUDI AG from March 2009 to August 2009. Their early career also included a role in Dealer Development/Management Training at FAW-Volkswagen from April 2008 to October 2008.

Daniela Ditta completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Business Education and Human Resource Development from the University of Kassel in 2010.
