Kevin Scofield

Kevin Scofield has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as the Senior Partner Development Manager at Tech Soft 3D, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, from June 2020 to October 2022, they served as the Director of Product Management at Xerox.

From 2018 to 2020, Kevin worked at PTC as a Technology Engineer, Fellow, specializing in generative design within the Office of the CTO. During this time, they created and managed the Generative Design Innovators Program and launched PTC's first-ever generative design module.

Before joining PTC, Kevin was the Vice President of Technical Marketing at Frustum Inc., which was acquired by PTC in 2018. In this role, they were responsible for increasing market awareness of generative design technology and establishing Frustum's flagship TrueSOLID modeling kernel as the core technology for next-generation 3D modeling tools.

Kevin also has experience in business development, having worked at Occipital from September 2017 to March 2018, where they focused on developing the market for 3D depth sensing and tracking devices in the AR/VR industry.

Earlier in their career, Kevin held leadership positions at Xometry, 3D Systems Corporation, Geomagic (acquired by 3D Systems), and Geomagic, Inc. These roles involved product management, defining product development objectives, and managing OEM and reseller network sales.

Prior to transitioning into the technology industry, Kevin worked as a Design Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation from September 1996 to May 2000.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated a strong expertise in various areas such as generative design, product management, technical marketing, and business development.

Kevin Scofield attended Auburn University from 1992 to 1996 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.
