Leslie Bamburg

Leslie Bamburg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program leadership and employee experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Program Lead at Tech Talent Project since June 2024, Leslie focuses on recruiting tech and data professionals for government agencies and executing comprehensive program plans for the CDC Foundation. Prior to this role, Leslie was a Senior Manager at Cisco, where workplace experience strategies were developed for a top-ranked employer. At AppDynamics, Leslie held multiple positions, including Global Head of Employee Experience & Communities, managing engagement and wellness programs for over 2,000 employees. With a background as Founder and Creative Director of LABEXPERIMENT and experience in various design and project management roles, Leslie has cultivated a diverse skill set in management, marketing, and strategic program execution, supported by a BA in Fine Art from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
