Ronald Hans

Ronald Hans has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ronald is currently a Co-founder and Shareholder at MetroCap Partners, where they focus on accelerating early-stage start-ups globally. In 2017, they co-founded Tech Talk Media, an award-winning US-based Media & Entertainment Company that creates original TV productions on technology and innovation. Ronald is also a Council Member and Industry Advisor at GLG, specializing in the mobility, media, and tech sectors.

Ronald has extensive experience in co-founding and shareholder roles. Ronald co-founded DropIt Services and CrowdSolve in 2021, and they will serve as a Co-founder and Advisor at Project UP-START starting in 2022.

Previously, Ronald held executive positions at PCS Wireless, where they were the Vice President of Markets, responsible for global business and market intelligence, purchasing, sales commercial strategy, and corporate M&A activities. At CWW/CWWUSA/CT-Group, they served as the Commercial Director, overseeing product portfolio development, OEM vendor management, in-country channel management, and carrier services.

Ronald has also founded Campus Cash Systems Inc, a company that provided instant cash loans for students on campuses in multiple cities and states. In their early career at Cellular Wholesalers, Inc, Ronald started in the Management Training Program and eventually became the General Manager for Latin America, expanding the company's presence in the region.

Ronald Hans attended Glenbrook South High School from 1987 to 1990 for their high school education. After completing high school, they enrolled at The University of Kansas from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences.
