Nikki Kapp has a diverse work experience. Nikki started their career at Panera Bread in 2011 as an Associate Trainer - Cashier and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined Tech USA as a Corporate Recruiter and later became the Practice Lead - Corporate Recruiter until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Nikki held the position of National Trainer, where they coached and trained new employees on the company's recruiting and sales processes. Currently, Nikki serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Training at Tech USA, where they are responsible for overseeing talent acquisition strategies and training programs.
