Nicole Möhres

Nicole Möhres has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nicole is currently working as a Human Resources Development Manager at tech11 GmbH since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at scoutbee, where they held two positions. From December 2019 to April 2022, they served as a People Operations Lead, and from December 2018 to December 2019, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Before scoutbee, Nicole worked at barcatta GmbH as an IT-Recruiting and Employer Branding professional from April 2017 to November 2018. Nicole also gained experience as a Project Assistant at DB Regio Bus, Region Bayern, from July 2016 to March 2017. Nicole started their career with an internship in Human Resources at Der Beck GmbH from July 2014 to October 2014.

Nicole Möhres began their education in 2011 at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sozialökonomik. Nicole completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. In the following year, Nicole attended the University of Bern to study Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften. However, no specific degree was mentioned for their time at this institution. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they returned to FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg to pursue a Master of Science degree in Arbeitsmarkt und Personal, which they successfully completed.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nicole Möhres has obtained several certifications. In December 2017, they acquired certification as an Online-Marketing-Manager from IHK Würzburg-Schweinfurt. Furthermore, they completed the Young Leadership Camp from yuii Business-Training in November 2020. Their most recent certification in Arbeitsrecht was obtained from Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in January 2021.
