Hadi Ismanto

Hadi Ismanto has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with experience in various roles and companies. Hadi is currently working as a Senior 5G Expert at Mobile Systems International (MSIUK) since 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Techbros in 2017 and served as the CTO, overseeing daily operations and leading employees towards performance and growth.

Hadi has also worked as a Technical Project Manager at NET CHECK GmbH from 2021 to 2022. In 2021, they were a Radio Network Planning and Optimization specialist at Triopt Group, where they handled projects for Vodafone and worked on coverage planning and capacity planning.

Before that, Hadi worked at Mobile Systems International (MSI) Consultancy Ltd from 2016 to 2021 as a Senior Network Planning & Optimization Consultant. Hadi played a crucial role in planning and optimizing radio networks for STC Kuwait, including 5G NR planning and optimization.

Hadi's earlier experience includes roles at PT INTERNUX (BOLT), where they served as a Senior Radio Network Planning and Optimization engineer from 2013 to 2016, and Ericsson, where they held multiple positions from 2006 to 2013. These roles included LTE&WCDMA RAN Engineer, LTE Integration Engineer, Senior Back Office RAN engineer, RAN and Optimization support Engineer, and Field Maintenance and Integration Node B engineer.

Overall, Hadi Ismanto has a diverse range of experience in various aspects of telecommunications, from network planning and optimization to project management and technical consulting.

Hadi Ismanto obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Telkom University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication. In addition to their formal education, Hadi Ismanto also obtained several certifications including Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure from Coursera in December 2020, PRINCE2™ Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2020, and PRINCE2™ 2017 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2020.
