Phuong le

Phuong Le is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and learning development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development and Head of HRBP at Techcombank since August 2021. Previously, Phuong held the position of Associate Consultant at Insights and served as Head of Human Resources for Sanofi in Indochina. Phuong has also led HR departments at AIG, DFS Group Limited, and Nike, where roles included Senior Country Manager for Sustainable Manufacturing Performance and various management positions focused on compliance and labor practices. Phuong holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic HR from Maastricht School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
