Dino Aditya Aribudi

Dino Aditya Aribudi has extensive experience in people operations and analytics, currently serving at PT Bank Jago Tbk since January 2020 and at DKATALIS since December 2019. Previous roles include Head of HC Technology, Reporting & Analytics at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk, where automation and analytics tools like Tableau were developed. Prior to that, Dino held various positions at MPM Group, PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja Tbk, and PT Astra Honda Motor, focusing on HR systems and SAP implementation. Dino holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia, obtained in 2005.
