Neesha A. Tambe

Neesha A. Tambe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic programs, event management, and community development. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Programs & Events at Anthropic since November 2023, Neesha previously held various significant roles at TechCrunch, including Startup Battlefield Editor and Director of Community, where Neesha led the selection and training of startup founders, scaled programs internationally, and generated substantial revenue through startup initiatives. Neesha also contributed to community engagement as Chairwoman of the Parks and Recreation Commission in Cupertino for nearly a decade and held leadership positions at multiple organizations, including the New Leaders Council and the National Women's Political Caucus. An alumnus of Georgetown University, Neesha has demonstrated a strong commitment to social justice and community development throughout a diverse career.
