Claudia Dumitru has a strong background in legal recruitment and executive search operations. With experience in leading practices across various industries, she specializes in placing legal and regulatory compliance professionals in banking and financial services. Claudia has also worked in general corporate and dispute resolution practices as a lawyer before transitioning into recruitment. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Law College of European Studies at the University of Buc and the University of Paris, Pantheon Sorbonne, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bucharest.
