John’s main areas of focus are early-stage software, SaaS, and consumer-facing businesses in need of assistance in fundraising, transaction execution, and scaling their finance and operations functions.

He specializes in financial transactions, from financings to M&A to post-merger integration. He also has substantial international experience.

John holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
