Viraj Parikh

Viraj Parikh is a technology CFO and strategic consultant with over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience as a finance leader, investment manager and analyst, public accountant and board director. He is the Managing Partner of TechCXO’s Nashville, TN practice, and partners with CEOs, boards, and institutional investors, and engages as an interim/fractional CFO at predominantly SaaS-oriented companies. Areas of emphasis include strategy, capital raising, KPI/growth metrics, gross margin expansion, pricing and cash flow strategies, churn and customer segmentation analysis, accounting and financial operations.

Prior to TechCXO, Viraj founded Vailwood Capital & Advisory to provide CFO-level strategic and tactical services. His focus at Vailwood was on the consumer SaaS space, primarily helping a San Francisco-based company grow its revenues by 5x (to nearly $20 million ARR) over 18 months. Prior to Vailwood, Viraj accumulated a rich set of CFO/finance leadership experiences in education finance, real estate and technology. He also worked for 15 years as a Wall Street investment manager and analyst, where he worked as a portfolio manager as well as a equity & credit analyst, learning the art valuation and risk through in-depth analysis of over 100 companies across a wide variety of industries. Viraj began his professional career in accounting and consulting at Arthur Andersen.
