Sai Kumar is the Director of the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) at Cotelligent and has been with the company for over 5 years. As head of the TAG group, Sai is responsible for designing & executing end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategies for the organization in global markets. Sai was instrumental in improving the existing processes, tools and vendor relationships to ensure the Talent Acquisition function delivers exceptional business impact and high stakeholder value.

With a proven track record and strong people leadership skills, Sai has experience with developing individual personnel talent on his team. Sai holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in computer science from JNT University, Andhra Pradesh, India.
