Riley Dean

Riley Dean is a Lead UX Researcher at Tech Fleet since April 2024, with a robust background in program management and education. Previously, as a Program Manager for International Studies Abroad (ISA) overseeing Portugal and Spain, Riley supported 120 students per semester while improving program resources based on student feedback. Experience includes student teaching roles at Coeur D'Alene Avenue School and Goethe International Charter School, where personalized education strategies were developed. Additionally, Riley contributed to English language instruction in Spain and enhanced company culture initiatives as an intern at Amobee. Educated at Pepperdine University with a Master's in Elementary Education, as well as holding certifications in teaching English as a foreign language from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego.
