Craig Macina has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Craig began their career in the US Army, serving for almost three decades in various positions including enlisted, NCO, and officer roles in infantry/artillery and logistics/transportation. After leaving the military in 2016, Craig joined Amazon in 2017 as a Site Lead - Operations Manager. Craig then moved on to TechFlow, Inc. in 2019, where they started as a Senior Field Quality Manager - Aviation Security and later became the Director of Field Optimization and Quality. In this role, they provided direction and mentorship to Aviation Security Field Quality Managers, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with service level agreements at US airports.
