Jackie Chang

Jackie Chang is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Pipe since February 2022, after progressing through roles including Corporate Counsel and Junior Corporate Counsel. In addition, Jackie is a DeputyGC Member at TechGC since March 2024. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate at Troutman Pepper and Troutman Sanders LLP, a Legal Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and Summer Associate roles at Troutman Sanders LLP and Hunton & Williams LLP. Jackie also contributed to community engagement as the Donor Development Coordinator for Take Stock in Children and served as an intern for Chief Judge William Osteen, Jr. at the U.S. District Court (Middle District of North Carolina). Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
