Matt Boisen

Matt Boisen currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Highspot, beginning in July 2018. At Highspot, a leading sales engagement platform, Matt oversees legal matters and corporate governance. In addition to this role, Matt has been the VP of Legal and Secretary at TechGC since July 2022, where the SaaS Industry Group facilitates collaboration among General Counsels in the technology sector. Prior experience includes roles as VP at System1, where responsibilities encompassed legal affairs for a leading advertising marketplace, and as Vice President of Legal & Compliance at Blucora. Matt's legal career started as Director of Marketing & Corporate Counsel at Support.com and as Corporate Counsel at Xeriton Corporation. An early role included a legal internship at drugstore.com, inc. and research at Seattle University School of Law. Matt holds a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BA in Business Information Systems from the University of Washington.
