Jeffrey possesses extensive experience in risk and compliance, demonstrated as the Global Head of TaskUs Risk + Response, where a new business line was scaled to achieve over $85 million in annual recurring revenue within two years. Additionally, Jeffrey has held notable roles such as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TaskUs, successfully guiding the company through significant financial milestones, and has contributed to advisory roles with Marketplace Risk and TechGC. With a robust legal background in employment law, litigation, and compliance across various organizations, Jeffrey holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
