Linda Seal

Linda Seal, Esq. serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Shipt since August 2021 and is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsel professionals. Prior to this, Linda held positions at The Home Depot, where responsibilities included Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, supporting the Outside Sales and Services organization, and earlier as Associate General Counsel focusing on transactional services. Linda's legal career includes serving as Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Interline Brands, where Linda led legal operations before its acquisition by The Home Depot. Previous experience includes senior roles at Office Depot and SBA Communications, as well as early career experience at Latona & Isenberg. Linda holds a B.S. in Psychology and Political Science from Oakwood University and a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
